i wish la... i'm addicted to white christmas.... for the first time in my life, i experienced white christmas.. last year... it was great! superb fun and beaautiful....
but this year, it was a blaasst!
starting off with caroling in Henn Wei's house....
Next up, Sakae Sushi for dinner....
christin sent a msg to elaine, wishing her merry christmas and may her christmas wishes come true. so i decided, to make a wish, upon watever that was in front of me...
oh sad sad.....
Then, the party begins at Sanctuary! it was so super packed!!
so, somewhere in the middle of the night, i had to go to the washroom. elaine went with me, and we bump in to eugene, tienlong, and cheehong on our way. so, they were teasing bout me still walking straight.... and so i tot, maybe just play a lil prank, and pretend to fall, drunk. lil did i know, there was some random stranger behind me, and HE caught my pretend fall... oh-the-embarasment- thus, giving eugene the chance to laugh his head off...
Sanctuary was so pack that night, that they ran out of chairs. Eugene had to sit on this hugeeee pot... and so;

is now the days i'm looking forward to. No work, no stress, no boringness.. just plain fun fun and more fun!!
starting off..
Friday night.. movie with fun peoplesss..... Eragon was alrite.. tho the ending kinda got me irritated.... not gonna elaborate any further, for i might be murdered after that by *cough**elaine**cough*... I made manda ate lala twice in a day.. :P tho the night one was Bamboo lala.. different la manda.. :P no piccies.. forgot camera.. hehehe..

then, it was
Saturday night.. sppose to go Rock the World, but last minute change of plans, due to me *sorry girls* had a last minute dinner ... but t'was great! it's my dad's sorta post birthday celebration at Sunway Tower Hotel.

sue: hey! look look... (calling my sis) that guy looks like he's planting the mussels and prawn to the ice...
sis: yeah la.. aiyo.. why he wanna waste his effort planting them in.. later people will all go and pluck it out again...
the guy was there for almost 20 minutes 'planting' them in! after 10 minutes of staring, my sis and i walked to the bathroom, he was still planting... but he was surrounded by hungry customers who were trying to 'harvest' the seafood. when we came back, he was still there, planting!! such patience....
The peeps came pick me up at bout 10.30... and we headed to The Muse. Ahh... so we were blessed with bad geography around KL.. thus, giving us hell lots of problems finding Jalan Raja Chulan (hush.. you people.. i know you're laughing) but, all 4 of us isn't familiar with roads around KL... so, HW had to call for SOS, and signboards sometimes just dont help y'know!! We were sitting in the car, eyes like hawk looking out for Bangunan Weld and signboards saying Jalan Raja Chulan... Finally, we came to Jalan Sultan Ismail (is jalan sultan ismail rite, where ex-atmos is?)..anyways, we were there la... and turned right at the traffic lights, coz HW's fren said it's easier to get to JRC from there. So right we turn, and infront of us, we saw a building named The Weld. So close yet so far.. for we love Luna, if we know that this building is in front of Pan Global, we wouldnt haf gone round the world. damn.. anyways... The Muse... :)
then again, thanks to elaine's monkey hands, this take failed
sue: not nice not nice.. dowan dowan.. again....
while hw and i getting ready for next shot, sher called out as this guy in black walked pass our table;
sher: kenny sia! kenny sia!!
and kenny turned to us, sher happily pointing to the camera, hinting for a picture. kenny smile, and walked towards us...
Then, kenny sat with us for while and chatted... :) then he pointed out that he should get back to his frens that were outside... :)
and so, where were we? oh yes, perfecting the picture.. :p

After Saturday, comes Sunday! family day of coz... went shopping with the family... Went down to KL.. supposedly to just go Low Yat for some electronics. As daddy dearest was driving us down, we saw metrojaya banners along the way.
dad: oh yeah... Metrojaya in times square open d la..
mum: so?
dad: just pointing out... (peek thru the rear view mirror, and see me smiling back there)
sue: hehehe...
dad: after low yat we go la.. :p
so, we spent 2 hrs in low yat to get scanner for his office and a brand-spankin-new printer for home use! bye bye you lousy-spoiltroller-slow-noisy-stoopid-old-irritating-frustrating-thati'llbecomplainingeachtimeiprint bubble-jet....
the rest of the day was spent down at times square. Shopping is fun fun fun!!!

And so, the next day is the blue Monday blue again....
there i was, stoning in front of the computer, with documents in front of me that i'm sppose to read.. msn, my only connection to the world out there... then, sher msged asking to go Laundry. Mad woman.. i gotta work.. but heck.. i dont mind.. let's go!
Lunch came... tien long said he had a surprise for me... and i was kept guessing what it was gonna be. then came lunch.... dearest shuf came to surprise me!!! *hugggsssss*... it was really (ok..maybe kinda expected) unexpected..... so shhwweeettt of you!!!!!
then, bout an hr before it's time for me to pack up and leave.. sher called. Asking to go Somo. FYI; it's a newly opened bar in Mont Kiara, and it was the launching that night..
so, i agreed to go Somo, then Laundry after.. Damn us alcoholics... plus, i had to satisfy my current craving then for Long Island.. :p
I my house at bout 7.30, picked dearest mad woman.. and off we go down to Mont Kiara.
In the car;
Sue: sher.. you know how to get there rite?
sher: errm.. i know how to get UNTIL the signboard.. oh oh... go until the turning to soul'd out.. but dont turn into that turning.. just go straight...
sue: =.='' after that?
sher: er.. follow the signboard?
sue: okay.. let's just try our luck...
so, the hero aka moi.... drove down nkve at the speed of 120-130km/h...we were so engrossed in talking.. until one point when i saw Victoria Station on my left..
sue: shyt!! i missed the turning!!'
sher: how far?
sue: damn far! nvm.. u-turn
so i drove under the bridge.. u-turned... and drove... came more sign boards!! mont kiara, go straight, turn left.. uh-oh! which is it?? nooooo.....
and so, i turned left.. and blardy hell, it led us to Federal Highway.. took the toll, and we're out on federal. and so i tot, nvm, from federal, turn up to LDP, and we're on our way.. again... i took the 1st turning up, and little did we know, we're officially lost. no signboards leading us to LDP, and nothing looks familiar. Then i saw University Hospital on my right. alrite.. time for SOS calling. Thanks waikitt for the directions.. ;)
sue: waikittt.. how do i get to ldp from university hospital?
wk: where you wanna go?
sue: hartamas...
wk: wow.. you're damn far away!!
sue: yikes... how? how? i'm losstttt
wk: go straight all the way... roundabout take 3 o clock, then go straight all the way and you will see eastin hotel.. and you're on your way... :)
and so, we took the directions. We were jumping with excitement when we saw Eastin.. This time, left lane, slower speed... we reached the signboards sher was talking bout.
sue: now wat? left or right?
sher: good question... try one first..
sue: ok.. right it is.. :P
and phew.. i was right! we saw Plaza Mont Kiara... we're safe!! So, the directions given by kenny was 'park in plaza mont kiara, find mcdonalds.. coffee bean is opposite it, and Somo is right next to Coffee bean.'
so, we parked at the Plaza. Took the lift up to ground floor. where's mcdonalds.
We approached this dude at Subway.
Sher: excuse me... where is mcdonalds?
Dude: sini, jalan terus... pas tu, you akan nampak mcdonald
sue: bangunan yang itu ke? (pointing to the block opposite)
dude: ya ya!
sher: ok.. coffee bean kat mana?
dude: Mcdonald, terus lagi.. kena cross jalan.. pas tu, you sampai coffee bean
sher: jauh ke?
dude: (looking at us from head to toe and head again) untuk you, jauh la!
sue&sher: =.='' ok.. thank you.. hahaa
Note: wk. my BM is improving alrite... don’t laugh...
we walked towards the next block.. and came across this really beautiful fountain. so we took a break. :)
and continued our way to mcdonalds. there, we found out that coffee bean is like wayyy far from wat kenny described to us. so, we head back to the car and drove to a nearer parking lot.
Somo is a real nice place. An outdoor, open air environment,and the ambience is really nice. Beautiful place to haf dinner, or just to chill out with few frens.
elaine joined us later coz she had to go down to Klang first.. YOU should've come earlierrrrr....
The sake that Ken, part owner of Somo, made us drink. it's like almost illegal to be seen with beer, tho they serve beer....
well, to me, the sake experience hasnt been pleasant. This is my 2nd sake experience. i thought the 1st wasnt really good, maybe i shud give it a 2nd try. Nope.. no.. still doenst change my mind. still dont really fancy it.
but kenny loves it. according to him, this sake is really smooth and nice. to me, it tasted like the wooded box it was served in.. :(
and ken says 'you are weird.. how can you not like sake'.. hehhehee...
Later, met up with Naveen and Shern at Asia Cafe.. havent seen those boys in like ages! Great seeing y'all again!!
fuh... that's it.. my super-cool-ultimate-funfilled weekend! and now it's back to work...
The working weekdays sux big time!! but at least the weekend rox!!

sometime last week... or last last week.. i cant remember... oh yes, last last sunday.. :P the MET 10 awards. i do not know half the people that went on stage, thus, i was there asking who's that? each time anyone goes on stage. :P
event was held at Ruums (pronounced Rooms). We didnt lose our way, considering our directions around KL isnt fantastic..
after met 10, headed back to the curve for Sanctuary.. pretty cool place, plus, they haf Ice bar which is opening soon!! :P
